Is there really a free plan? +
Yes. The Free tier is forever free, no card needed — 1 user, 10 clients, and all the core features. AI email drafting is available on paid plans.
Do you charge per seat? +
No. Team plans (Starter and above) include unlimited users. You pay per firm, by client capacity — not per head — so adding staff never increases your bill.
What does the 30-day trial include? +
Full access to a paid plan, free for 30 days, with no card required up front. Connect your real Xero data and try it on your own clients.
Can I switch plans or cancel? +
Anytime. Plan switching is in-app, and billing is managed through the Stripe customer portal. Annual billing saves roughly two months a year versus monthly.
How is my clients' data protected? +
Firm data is isolated by workspace with row-level security at the database layer, and audit trails on every state-changing action. The super-admin role cannot, by design, read firm content. GDPR-compliant and UK-built for ICAEW-regulated firms.
