The full product

One workspace. The whole practice.

Most practice tools track what's due. Fynvro OS also watches what's wrong with the numbers — and tells you what to do next.

Practice Pulse

Firm overview at a glance

Critical insights that need a partner decision, team workload, service breakdown and live counts — your morning briefing in one screen.

Workstreams

Recurring compliance lanes

VAT, Payroll, Accounts, CT, Confirmation Statement and Pension — each auto-generating the work every period, by urgency tier.

My Work

A personal list per fee-earner

Self-assign from the unassigned pool, block-with-reason (who, why, when), and resume with the full history intact.

Dashboard

Deadlines, gaps & anomalies

Document gaps, Xero anomalies and a plain-English next action — surfaced before issues escalate, all in one view.

What makes it different

Four things no deadline tracker does.

Every practice tool knows when something is due. Fynvro OS also knows when something is wrong.

01

We watch the numbers, not just the dates

Ten patterns run every day against live Trial Balance data — s455 exposure, suspense growth, reconciliation gaps, unusual vendor activity — each with a suggested next action.

02

Findings reach the right person automatically

Three severity levels, routed by role. Critical goes to partners, Warnings to the bookkeeping team, Info to advisory. Not one shared inbox everybody learns to ignore.

03

Arya drafts the client email

For the nuanced findings — s455, Corporation Tax variance — the explanation is written and waiting, ready for a human to review before anything is sent.

04

Every screen is shipped, not promised

Five views running in production at fynvro.app today. No roadmap slides, no “coming soon” on the things that matter.

Xero deep integration

We watch the numbers, not just the dates.

Twelve OAuth scopes and real-time, current-day Trial Balance capture. Ten intelligence patterns run every day, against every connected Xero client — each surfacing a real compliance or revenue risk with a suggested next action.

Director's-loan exposure — 33.75% charge if unrepaid.
02
Suspense growth
A suspense account quietly compounding errors.
03
VAT MTD
Submission-window risk on quarterly obligations.
04
PAYE / NIC variance
Movements that can trigger an HMRC enquiry.
05
CT estimate variance
A corporation-tax surprise the client won't see coming.
06
Cash position
Advise the client on cash before they have to ask.
07
Aged receivables
Working-capital risk building in unpaid invoices.
08

Bank-versus-ledger drift that shouldn't be there.

A new or irregular payee worth a second look.
Real firm pains · Solved

The everyday work that drains a practice — handled.

"A statutory date slips through — and your client gets the penalty, with your name on the file."
The deadline engine generates every UK statutory deadline automatically — accounts, CT600, VAT, CS01, payroll RTI, P11D, Self Assessment — rolling 12 months ahead, bank-holiday-aware, colour-coded by urgency. Nothing is remembered by hand.
"Every quarter you chase the same documents from the same clients, tracked in a spreadsheet."
Required documents are generated automatically for each client by service, matched the moment they're uploaded. Send a secure Collection Link and the client uploads from their phone — no login, no portal, no password. No portal, no password — works from any phone, and the briefing chases only what's still missing.
"Who's doing what, and how far along — held together in your head and a whiteboard."
Seven recurring workstream lanes — including MTD Income Tax — auto-generate the work each period, with urgency tiers and a clear pipeline of the whole practice.
"Writing the same client emails over and over, from a blank page."
Arya drafts client emails in your firm's voice — you review, you send. The AI suggests; the accountant always decides.
Latest updates

Two new ways to get ahead this quarter.

Shipped and live in production — built around how UK firms actually work, not how portals wish they did.

★ NEW · Differentiator

Client Document Collection

No portal. No passwords. Just a link.

Send a client a secure Collection Link and they upload their paperwork straight from their phone — photograph a receipt, tap send, done. Files auto-file against the right client and service, the completeness check updates itself, and the briefing chases only what's still missing.

  • Works from any phone — there's nothing for the client to adopt or log into
  • 256-bit tokens, stored only as hashes; server-side file validation on every upload
  • Client uploads are labelled "via secure link" — never mistaken for staff work
  • One request can gather a whole Year-End Pack in a single link
NEW · UK statutory

MTD Income Tax

Tracked as a workstream — before the deadline finds you.

Making Tax Digital for Income Tax is now a first-class recurring lane. Fynvro tracks the quarterly cycle per client and per fee-earner, generates the work each period, and surfaces the earliest client obligations so nothing lands as a surprise.

  • Quarterly obligations generated automatically per client
  • Assigned across your team with urgency triage, same as every other lane
  • Rolls forward with the statutory calendar — bank-holiday-aware
  • The seventh recurring workstream lane, alongside accounts, VAT, payroll and the rest
Built for UK reality

Continuous monitoring — not a quarterly check.

Companies House is synced every night, with a weekly officers sweep. Incoming directors, charge registrations and accounting-reference changes are surfaced before you'd notice them manually — you never have to remember to press "sync".

Row-level security

At the database layer

Firm data is isolated by workspace, enforced where it counts — not in the application alone.

Audit trail

Written at the database level

Every action is audit-logged by the database itself — it cannot be skipped, raced, or bypassed, even by direct API access. Who did what, when, across the whole workspace.

Three-tier roles

Owner · Admin · Member

Clear separation of who can see and change what. The super-admin role cannot, by design, read firm content. GDPR · UK-built, for ICAEW-regulated firms.

Founding Partner — 3 spots, by application

£99 / month, locked for the lifetime of your firm.

The honest exchange: we get your feedback and your patience for the rough edges of an early product. You get pricing no future customer will see again — and a builder genuinely listening.

  • Lifetime price. £99/month, never increases — regardless of team size or future pricing.
  • Direct line to the founder. WhatsApp, email, scheduled calls. Your requests reach me.
  • Roadmap influence. Quarterly input sessions. What you need next, we build next.
  • Beta access. Every Cycle 2+ feature before public release.
  • Unlimited clients & users. Full feature access, generous AI usage included.
  • Founding Partner status. Listed, with your permission, on the public site.

Questions firms ask

Before you connect Xero.

The things a partner wants answered before a new tool touches client data.

What does Fynvro OS actually see in my Xero data?

Fynvro OS reads your connected clients’ ledger data through Xero’s official OAuth connection — twelve scopes covering the Trial Balance, contacts, invoices, bills and bank reconciliation status. It reads; it does not post journals or change anything in your clients’ books.

Can I connect one client to test it before rolling it out?

Yes. You can connect a single Xero organisation, watch what the patterns surface for that client, and decide from there. The free tier covers one user and ten clients with all the core features, with no card required.

Does this replace Xero Practice Manager, or work alongside it?

Alongside, for most firms. XPM is strong at jobs, time and billing. Fynvro OS generates UK statutory deadlines automatically and monitors the client ledger for compliance and revenue risk — the layer firms usually bolt on separately.

How is this different from a deadline tracker?

A deadline tracker tells you when something is due. Fynvro OS also tells you what is wrong in the numbers before the deadline arrives — a director’s loan drifting toward a s455 charge, a suspense account quietly growing, bank accounts that have not been reconciled.

Who in my firm sees which alerts?

Findings carry one of three severity levels and are routed accordingly: Critical to partners for a decision, Warnings to the bookkeeping team, Info to advisory. Roles are Owner, Admin and Member, with a clear separation of who can see and change what.

What happens to our data if we cancel?

You can disconnect Xero at any time, which immediately stops any further data being read. Our retention and deletion obligations are set out in the Privacy Policy and GDPR statement, and we act on deletion requests within the statutory period.

Try it on your real clients.

30 days. No card required. Tour fynvro.app on your own Xero data.
